L.E.A.R.N. Growth Solutions is a learning platform dedicated to helping students, job seekers, and professionals build essential soft skills, emotional intelligence, and workplace readiness through interactive workshops, training resources, and customized learning experiences.

We combine research-based learning strategies with real-world applications, focusing on soft skills, emotional intelligence, and professional readiness. Our unique L.E.A.R.N. Framework (Leverage, Empower, Adapt, Respond, Network) ensures learners can apply their skills immediately in school, work, and life.
Our programs are designed for high school and college students, individuals re-entering the workforce, and professionals looking to upskill. We also partner with schools, colleges, and organizations seeking to enhance student and employee development.
While we are not yet a formal accrediting body, our training is grounded in best practices from education, business, and professional development. We are actively exploring partnerships to provide certifications in the future.
We are headquartered in Scranton, PA, with both in-person and virtual delivery options available.
Programs & Services
We offer live workshops (in-person and virtual), digital resources (cheat sheets, toolkits, guides), and custom curriculum development. Institutional licensing and an LMS-based learning platform will be available in 2026.
Current training covers communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, customer service, emotional intelligence, etiquette, accountability, and professional communication (email, meetings, etc.). Additional topics are continuously being developed.
Both! We offer single-session workshops as well as multi-session programs tailored for schools, organizations, or corporate partners.
Workshops range from 30 minutes (virtual) to 90 minutes (in-person), with options to break sessions into smaller 20–30 minute modules depending on the audience.
Yes. All workshops include L.E.A.R.N. cheat sheets, toolkits, and supporting handouts. Participants also receive access to additional resources as available.
At this time, most workshops are delivered through schools, colleges, and organizations. However, our upcoming online platform (launching 2026) will allow individuals to enroll directly.
Yes. We specialize in tailoring content to meet the unique needs of your students, staff, or employees.

Logistics & Pricing

Yes, we deliver sessions across the Northeastern PA region, with additional travel costs for locations outside this area.
We ask for a minimum of two weeks’ notice to allow for proper preparation and scheduling.
You can contact us directly via our website form or email. We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.
In-person workshops work best for up to 25 students, while virtual sessions can accommodate up to 50 participants. Larger groups may require additional customization.
Yes. We can deliver hybrid workshops (a mix of in-person and virtual) for institutions with both on-site and remote learners.
Travel within the NEPA region is included. Outside of the region, additional travel costs may apply.
Yes. We accept multiple forms of payment and work with institutions to meet billing requirements.
Yes. Schools and organizations booking multiple sessions or ongoing programs may be eligible for package pricing.
No. Pilot pricing is available for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 only, as we refine our programs and delivery models.
Policies
Refunds may be available for sessions canceled with at least 14 days’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to partial or no refunds. Full details are included in our terms and conditions.
We understand that schedules change. Sessions may be rescheduled with proper notice at no additional cost.
Future Development
Our digital learning platform is expected to launch in early 2026, offering on-demand training modules and institutional licensing options.
Yes. Once our LMS launches, individuals will be able to enroll directly in courses that best fit their personal and professional development goals.
For in-person workshops, we recommend participants attend as scheduled. For virtual workshops, recordings may be available upon request.
In the rare event we need to reschedule, we will work with you to secure a new date at no additional cost.
Yes, our LMS platform is set to launch in 2026, with on-demand modules, quizzes, and interactive activities.
Certification pathways are under development for future learners and partner institutions.
Yes. We partner with local universities for student internships and are always open to collaboration.
